New Windows!
Well, we splurged today on our first major home remodeling project - 3 new windows. Man, they are sweet! We ended up going with the Anderson 400 Series through the local Home Depot. Not cheap by any means, but the price covered all tear-out, disposal of old windows, insullation, trim, all the labor, caulking, external finish - basically everything involved.
After watching the guys install, I may take a crack at it myself next time and save half the cost, but I'm sure it'd take me all day to do one window when it took the professionals about 3 hours to do 3 windows.
Regardless, they are sweet. Only 8 left!

Of course, now you really notice the nasty siding, but one project at a time.

We also replaced the bathroom window, but the pictures aren't very exciting.
Can't wait for spring to tear up the yard!
